This latest version boasts 12 different modes including Exploration Mode, Story Mode, and Endless Mode among others like Upside Down Mode, Camping mode and Bossfight mode. Additionally, there are some secrets hidden within the game such as codes and concealed areas that were also present in Baldi's Fun New School.

uvement is controlled by pressing the W, A, S, and D keys while looking around can be achieved using the mouse. Running requires holding down the Shift key and interacting with objects is done through right-clicking. Items are used by left-clicking and players can pause the game by pressing P in all modes except for discussion areas and boss fights. To quit a level during a boss fight or discussion area, press Q instead.
