You'll discover three distinct modes in the game: Racing, Challenge and Free Drive. These can be played as either single player or two players for added excitement.

In order to control your car when playing alone, you can use the keys "W,A,S,D" or the arrow keys for movement, press "F" to activate NOS, press "T" to look back, hit "R" to fix your car's position, and finally use the space bar as a handbrake. However, if playing with another person, player 1 will also use these same controls. Player 2 will then be in charge of using the arrow keys for movement, pressing "K" for NOS activation, hitting "L" to look back on their surroundings,"O" per fixing their vehicle's location and using right-shift as a handbrake.
