The elderly woman, who's not quite right in the head, fled from Durkee while in Mexico and is currently evading those who are pursuing her throughout the city. Her goal is to avoid being captured again and institutionalized, which requires a certain distance to be covered. The pursuit entails guards chasing after her with straitjackets as well as various obstacles such as sharp turns, holes, fences and other challenges ahead. Moreover, during this chaotic escapade to evade the nurses' clutches, she also collects gold coins along the way that add an extra layer of difficulty to her mission.
Granny, whose mind is not quite in sync with her body, has managed to flee from Durkee in Mexico and is currently navigating the city streets to evade capture. To avoid being institutionalized once more, she must travel a certain distance while evading both orderlies equipped with straitjackets and various obstacles such as sharp turns, holes, and fences. As she navigates the streets in her attempt to outrun the nurses pursuing her, Granny also manages to collect gold coins along the way.
